Warranty applies only to: Accessories, feeders, toys, and electronic pet items Products clearly marked as “Warranty Available”.

2. Warranty Duration:

Warranty duration varies by brand and product type and is specified on the product page.

3. What Is Covered: 

Manufacturing defects Functional failure under normal use.

4. What Is Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or pets Normal wear and tear Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

5. Claim Process:
Contact support with order ID and issue details. Provide photos or video evidence Warranty claims are subject to brand/vendor approval.

6. Resolution Approved claims may result in:

Repair
Replacement
Partial or full refund.
